Approval of the initial application should be communicated by the Board in writing to the applicant together with information concerning the national examination. If the initial applicant is denied, the reasons for denial shall be communicated in writing. The applicant shall have the right of reconsideration upon submission of new information and may appear before the Board to demonstrate satisfaction of the licensure requirements.
