The Board may, by a majority vote of the membership, establish and empower committees to approve or preliminarily deny applications for license and certification, applications for renewal, supervision agreements, special request, and other issues that the Board deems proper to delegate. Committees may also be established and empowered to conduct complaint investigations, and make recommendations on complaints. These committees shall be comprised of current members of the Board and/or administrative staff.
