The Board is created by W.S. 33-45-101 through 33-45-112, herein after referred to as the Act. The Board is authorized under the Act, specifically W.S. 33-45-106(a)(ii), the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act (W.S. 16-3-101, et seq.), specifically W.S. 16-3-103(j), and W.S. 33-1-302(a) to promulgate rules.
