If any information concerning a possible violation of the act or rules is received or obtained by a board member or members of the staff; the Board may initiate proceedings on its own motion in accordance with this act and the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act. Registrants will be notified of the proceedings initiated by the Board under this section.
