Section 3-1 - Authority

These rules are promulgated in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, W.S. 16-3-101 through 16-3-115 and the State Treasurer's rule-making authority in Section 2(j) of 2014 Wyoming Session Laws Ch. 46 (the "Act").
