053-1 Wyo. Code R. § 1-5
The Department shall report annually to the Governor and the Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Committee of the Wyoming State Legislature, on or before October 1, 2013 and by October 1 annually thereafter, the following information:
(a) The expenditures made from the Wyoming Industrial Accident Fund for the Program; and
(b) The number of Program contracts executed; and
(c) The number of employees covered by the Program; and
(d) The number of workplace injuries and fatalities that occur at participating applicant work sites; and
(e) The percentage of increase or decrease of employee injuries and fatalities that occur at participating applicant work sites; and
(f) A comparison by industry and job classification of the employee injuries and fatalities that occur with applicants participating in the Program, to employee injuries and fatalities that occur with all employers that are eligible, but not participating in the Program.
(i) The information included in the report in Section 5(f) will consist of the initial reporting period and cumulative years until the previous five (5) years of information becomes available for each reporting period.
