Section 2-12 - Exclusions

(a) Private Schools - NAICS 519 and 611. Any private entity classified under NAICS 519 and 611 Education Services, is excluded from coverage under the Act, unless an election of coverage is made as provided in W. S. § 27-14-108(j).
