The Department of Workforce Services (DWS) is authorized under the Department of Workforce Services Act W.S. 9-2-2602(b)(vi) and W.S. W.S. 9-2-2608(c), and the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act, W.S. 16-3-101, et seq. to promulgate rules and regulations to be used by the Department of Workforce Services in the discharge of its functions.
