Section 9-6 - RECORDING AND REPORT OF PROCEEDINGS

. The presiding officer shall assure that a record of the proceedings is kept pursuant to W.S. § 16-3-107(p). The proceedings, including all testimony shall be reported verbatim by any appropriate means, including audio or video or written record. A copy of such proceedings will be furnished to any party upon written request.
