If an appeal of the examiner's decision is filed within the twenty-eight day time period provided in Section 2, the commission will consider the case at one of its monthly meetings. The commission will review the record and the evidence and may affirm, reverse, or modify the examiner's decision, remand the case to the examiner, or take such other action as it deems appropriate. The commission will send a copy of its decision to the alleged employer by certified mail. A petition for judicial review then may be filed pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
