Any individual who files for Wyoming unemployment insurance benefits shall register for work with a state employment agency serving their local labor market and keep that account active for the duration of the unemployment insurance claim. The claimant must register for work within 14 days from the day a claim is filed. Claimants who qualify under the conditions contained in Sections 2, 3, and 4 of this Chapter must register for work within seven (7) days of the expiration of that qualifying condition.
