(a) An approved helmet (safety hard hat) shall be required to be worn by all employees within working areas with the exception of self-contained areas such as truck cabs and field offices.
(b) An approved helmet (safety hard hat), meeting the requirements and specifications of the American National Standard Safety Requirements for Industrial Head Protection, ANSI Z89.1-1986, shall be required to be worn by all employees at any time there is danger of being struck by falling objects, or when required to be worn by other applicable rules and regulations.
