  • (i) Direct Movement to a Recognized Slaughter Establishment for Immediate Slaughter;
  • (ii) Direct Movement to an Approved Livestock Market, to be sent to a Recognized Slaughter Establishment for Immediate Slaughter
  • (iii) Direct Movement to a Quarantined Feedlot (S Branded Bovinae only); or
  • (iv) Direct Movement to a research or diagnostic facility as specifically approved by the Wyoming State Veterinarian.

(b) Exceptions to the requirement to S Brand Quarantined Bovinae are:

  • (i) If an exposed or suspect animal is moved in an officially sealed conveyance direct to slaughter, no S Brand is required. The animal must move under a Quarantine Movement Permit.
  • (ii) If an exposed or suspect animal is moved from an approved livestock market back to the Farm or Ranch of Origin, it is exempt from the S Brand requirement. The animal must move under a Quarantine Movement Permit.
