Section 17-1 - Authority to Create Rules

(a) Pursuant to the authority vested in the Wyoming Livestock Board by virtue of W.S. 11-20-212(d), W.S. W.S. 11-20-223(d), W.S. W.S. 11-20-125(c), and W.S. W.S. 11-20-402, the following rules are hereby promulgated.
