Section 14-10 - Inspection of Animals Included on Certificates of Veterinary Inspection and Official Forms

(a) A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection or Official Form shall not be issued unless the Wyoming Accredited Veterinarian has personally performed a visual inspection of the animals.
