Section 1-1 - Authority and Purpose

These rules are promulgated by authority of W.S. 9-2-2104(a)(vii) and by the requirements of W.S. 16-3-103(j)(ii) and W.S. W.S. 16-4-204(d) to establish uniform procedures, fees, costs, and charges for inspecting, copying, and producing public records.
