(a) FO-DFS/DFS-ORP shall file a Writ of Garnishment for wages, bank accounts or money held by a third party when the amount of the judgment can be recouped in its entirety from the money held or owed.
(b) FO-DFS/DFS-ORP shall file a Writ of Continuing Garnishment of wages or an annuity if the amount of judgment cannot be recouped in its entirety from the money held or owed by following the guidelines set forth by Wyoming Statutes.
(c) FO-DFS/DFS-ORP shall await the court's receipt of the Garnishee's Answer to the Writ of Continuing Garnishment.
