This section is administered in accordance with 7 CFR 273.11 and P.L. 104-193, Section 115, with the following exception:
(a) Allow an individual who has been convicted of a felony for a drug related activity and the felony occurred after August 22, 1996 to be eligible to receive Food Stamp benefits. (State option - effective July 1, 2005)
