Section 1-4 - Resource Eligibility Standards

This section is administered in accordance with 7 CFR 273.8 with the following exception:

(a) In determining the exemptions for vehicles as a resource, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program will apply the Wyoming Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program criteria. (State option - effective July 1, 2001)
