If it is found that the charges are unfounded or unproven, the Commission shall dismiss the complaint. The Commission may take the following discipline in the case where the charge is found to be substantiated:
(a) Letter of admonition;
(b) Suspension for a definite or indefinite period;
(c) Requirement that the confidential intermediary repeat alI or an appropriate portion of the confidential intermediary training at own expense;
(d) Removal from the list of approved confidential intermediaries;
(e) Revocation of the Commission's approval of the training organization.
