These rules for Removal of Confidential Intermediaries and Confidential Intermediary Training Programs are established in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act.. These rules set forth the procedures and basis upon which confidential adoption intermediaries can be removed from the list of approved intermediaries and when a training program organization may have its authority revoked.
It is the intent of these rules to provide due regard for the rights and privileges of all interested parties and to conduct hearings in a fair and impartial manner.
