Section 8-1 - Obtaining Consumer Reports

CSE may request a consumer report, in PA and Non-PA cases, from a consumer reporting agency pursuant to § 604 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 b, as amended. Requests for consumer reports shall be made in compliance with federal and state law.
