(a) CSE may administratively suspend an obligor's driver's license if the obligor has an arrears balance of at least $2,500.00 and a full monthly payment has not been made within the last 90 days. For purposes of this section a full monthly payment is defined as a payment equal to or greater than the amount of current support that was originally ordered, even if the case is now an arrears only case.
(b) If CSE determines a driver's license suspension may be better achieved through an administrative process, CSE may initiate administrative suspension proceedings.
(c) CSE shall notify the licensee via certified mail, at the licensee's last known address, or by personal service that the child support obligation is in arrears the statutory amount and the licensee's driver's license may be suspended.
(d) The licensee may appeal to district court for any dispute involving the following reasons:
(e) A licensee's filing of an appeal to the district court shall suspend the license suspension of CSE.
(f) Termination of the suspension process may be granted if a licensee demonstrates full payment of arrearage as stated in the notice, enters into a payment plan approved by CSE, or is in full compliance with a court ordered payment plan. CSE shall notify the Wyoming Department of Transportation to terminate the suspension process.
