(a) The Critical Access Hospital building(s) shall be designed, constructed, arranged, equipped and maintained to ensure the safety of patient's, personnel and visitors and to provide adequate and efficient care and treatment of patient's.
Fire safety shall be in accordance with the requirements of the applicable NFPA Life Safety Code 101 (Ref: Page 17, Section 21(a)(i) ).
