These rules are promulgated by the Department of Health, Public Health Division, Rural and Frontier Health Section, Office of Rural Health pursuant to the 2011 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 88, Section 355, Critical Access and Rural Hospital Technology Grants, and the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act at W.S 16-3-101, et seq.
