Section 15-1 - Statutory Authority

This chapter is promulgated by the Wyoming Department of Health pursuant to various provisions of the 2007 General Session, Senate Enrolled Act (SEA) 92, to be codified as W.S. 35-25-204, which authorizes the Department to establish the Wyoming Colorectal Cancer Early Detection Program (WCCEDP).
