Section 9-15 - Medicaid allowable payment for hospital services

(a) Inpatient hospital services. Except as specified otherwise pursuant to Chapter 31, in patient hospital services are reimbursed pursuant to Chapters 30 and 32.

(b) Outpatient hospital services. Except as specified otherwise pursuant to Chapter 31, outpatient hospital services are reimbursed pursuant to Chapter 33.
