(a) A provider may request reconsideration of the decision to recover overpayments pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 16 of the Wyoming Medicaid Rules, Medicaid Program Integrity.
(b) A provider may request reconsideration of the determination of the provider's per diem rate following the procedures outlined in Chapter 16 of the Wyoming Medicaid Rules, Medicaid Program Integrity.
