Section 7-29 - Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR)

(a) General requirements. A patient that receives swing bed services is subject to the requirements of Chapter 19 of the Wyoming Medicaid Rules, Nursing Facility Preadmission Screenings.

(b) Failure to timely complete. The failure to timely complete the requirements of Chapter 19 of the Wyoming Medicaid Rules, Nursing Facility Preadmission Screenings, shall result in nonpayment for services provided after the date of admission until the date of completion.
