Section 5-5 - Factors to be considered in selecting remedies

The Director shall consider the factors specified in 42 C.F.R. § 488.404, which is incorporated by this reference, in determining the seriousness of a facilitys deficiency(ies) and selecting the appropriate remedy(ies).
