Section 40-11 - Excluded services

The following services are not Medicaid reimbursable when provided in an RTC:

(a) Services provided pursuant to emergency detention;

(b) Services provided in an emergency;

(c) Services provided pursuant to standing orders; and

(d) Acute psychiatric services.
