Section 28-9 - Minimum Data Set (MDS)

(a) General requirements. The MDS requirements for nursing facility services that are required by 42 C.F.R. § 483.20 shall also apply to swing-bed services. Each provider shall comply with the MDS requirements for nursing facility services.

(b) Timely completion. The MDS shall be completed on or before the day specified by HHS regulations.
