Except as otherwise specified in the Rules and Regulations of Wyoming Medicaid, Chapter 1, Definitions, or as otherwise specified in this Section, the terminology used in this Chapter is the standard terminology and has the standard meaning used in healthcare, Medicaid, and Medicare.
(a) "Chapter" used herein refers to the specified Chapter in the Wyoming Department of health, Medicaid Rules.
