Section 26-13 - Dietitian Services (a) Eligible providers. Dietitians.
(b) Covered services. - (i) Medically necessary professional services furnished by a dietitian, as prescribed by a physician.
(c) Service limitations. - (i) Medicaid reimbursement for Dietitian service(s) shall be limited to a total of twenty (20) visits per calendar year, unless pre-approved.
- (ii) The limitations of this subsection shall not apply to:
- (A) A client who is under age twenty-one (21); or
