The remedies provided by this Chapter are cumulative. The Department may simultaneously seek to recover overpayments, impose sanctions, and refer the matter to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, PRICE, and/or MFCU for criminal action. Nothing in this Chapter shall preclude the Department from pursuing any remedies permitted by other provisions of state and federal statutes or rules.
