This chapter establishes the standards and procedures for the provision of and payment for medical supplies and equipment. Any person, facility, or agency that furnishes medical supplies or equipment and seeks Medicaid reimbursement for doing so shall be subject to these rules. These rules shall apply to all medical supplies and equipment provided on or after the effective date of the rule.
