The Division shall grant or deny an application for licensure within forty-five (45) days after receiving a complete and verifiable application. If the Division grants the license, it shall send a wallet size card (license) to the applicant. If the Division denies licensure, it shall send written notice to the applicant. The written notice shall contain a statement of reasons for denial.
