The Wyoming Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Health and Medical Services, and its responsible office, is hereby designated as the official administrative and operational agency for coordination, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Wyoming Emergency Medical Services System.

GIVEN under my hand and the Executive Seal of the State of Wyoming this 7th day of December 1976.
