Section 3-2 - Provider Criteria

Provider shall:

(a) Be eighteen (18) years of age or older;

(b) Be selected by the parent; and

(c) Be trained to provide individualized care with a focus on the safety and well being of the child.

• (i) Parent will provide training specific to the needs of their child.
