Section 6-3 - Recommendation on Competing Applicants by Board of County Commissioners

(a) If the Administrator finds that two ( 2) or more of the applicants meet the criteria set out in Subsection (a) of Section 2, he shall request that a select committee be appointed immediately as provided in Section 4 of this chapter to study the Administrators evaluation and to recommend to the Administrator which provider can best and most efficiently serve the community.
