Judicial review by district courts of the final decision of the Administrator shall be pursuant to W.S. 16-3-114. Review of any final judgment of the district court under W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-3-101 through 16-3-115 by appeal to the Wyoming Supreme Court shall be taken as in other civil cases.
