(a) Every participant in an adult day care facility shall have the right to: - (i) Upon admission, review with the day care staff the grievance complaint process and receive updated information at six (6) month intervals.
- (ii) Voice grievances on behalf of themselves or others without discrimination or reprisal. Such grievance includes those with respect to services furnished as well as which have not been furnished.
- (iii) Have available in a conspicuous place the telephone numbers and address of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman offices, the Protection and Advocacy office, the local Department of Family Adult Protective Services office, the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, and the facilitys complaint representative.
