Section 3-1 - Authority and Purpose

These rules of practice and procedure are promulgated by authority of W.S. 24-2-105 and W.S. W.S. 31-18-104. They are intended to provide uniform and understandable interpretation of the undefined portion of W.S. W.S. W.S. 31-18-209.
