Section 3-15 - Rules of Civil Procedure

The Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure shall apply to the conduct of all proceedings conducted pursuant to this chapter, except as otherwise provided by the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, W.S. 16-3-101 to 16-3-115.
