The Junkyard Control Act, W.S. 33-19-101 through 33-19-110 provides that "No person shall establish, operate, or maintain a junkyard, any portion of which is within one thousand (1,000) feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of the interstate or primary systems, without obtaining a junkyard license from the Commission."
