Failure to maintain required records, acquire game bird certificate of origin, acquire certificate of veterinary inspection or maintain disease free facilities and game birds is just cause for revocation of a game bird farm license by the Commission. Revocation of a license by the Commission shall be carried out in compliance with Commission Regulation Chapter 27 Rules of Practice Governing Contested Cases Before The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission.
