Section 10-7 - Disposition of Live Wildlife

No live wildlife imported, possessed, transported, or confined in the State pursuant to a permit issued under this regulation shall be abandoned, released, removed, or transferred without authorization from the Department. Permitted wildlife released or abandoned without written authorization of the Department may be taken by Department personnel.
