Section 10-5 - Inspection by Department Personnel

Any person issued a permit under this regulation to import, possess, confine, or transport live wildlife shall allow immediate inspection upon request by Department personnel of records, holding facility(ies), and permitted wildlife during the term of the permit. The Department shall have the right to collect blood or other biological sample(s) for disease testing, genetic identification, or other purposes to protect Wyoming wildlife resources.
