Section 2-10 - Failure to Obtain Permit, Penal@Z

Any person, persons, corporation, institution, or group engaging in a weather modification experiment without a permit shall be guilty of a felony, and upon conviction, subject to a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the penitentiary for not less than one (1) nor more than five (5) years.
