037-9 Wyo. Code R. § 9-2
a. Maps must accompany all petitions except those to correct a clerical error,, Such maps must be in duplicate, one of which must be on good quality tracing linen or an acceptable equivalent. Drafting standards, size of maps, information to be shown, etc, for all petition maps shall conform with the requirements and regulations set forth in Chapter VIII, Page 55 of this Manual.
b. Maps must bear the certificate and signature of a professional engineer or land surveyor licensed to practice in Wyoming.
c. The map title should refer to the petition and the petitioner, and indicate in the title the intended purpose of the petition.
d. Maps shall be prepared from field notes taken during an actual survey, which may be supplemented by information from aerial photographs and the records of the State Engineer and the State Board of Control.
